100-Hour TTC (10–13 Days)

Perfect for beginners and those wishing to deepen their personal practice.

In just 10 days, you’ll build a strong foundation in asana, pranayama, and yoga philosophy.

Students are welcome to extend their stay up to 13 days for extra practice and integration.

200-Hour TTC (21–27 Days)

A comprehensive 3-week journey into yoga teaching.

The 200-hour TTC covers asana alignment, teaching methodology, anatomy, philosophy, and meditation.

Stay up to 27 days and immerse yourself fully in the yogic lifestyle.

Designed for certified teachers and serious practitioners looking to deepen their knowledge and teaching skills.

This advanced program spans 28 days, with the option to extend to 35 days for deeper study, practice, and personal growth.

300-Hour TTC (28–35 Days)
